Newly created fashion for your vintage Cissy doll. This dress is my own concept and design. It is made with fabrics of silk taffeta, silk and cotton faille and chiffon all in shades of soft whites.
The high round neck bodice is made with silk taffeta ins a soft white shade, it is lined with white swiss cotton organdy. It has long sleeves made with the semi-sheer off white chiffon, sleeves have coordinating silk taffeta cuffs. It closes in back with 4 square vintage snaps that are accented with 3 pearl buttons (bottom is omitted to accommodate belt). Skirt of dress is made with an off white silk/cotton blend faille, it has double box pleats. It is about 7-1/2” long, it has a 1” hand sewn blind hem (I shortened the hem style on this from the basic 2”). It comes with a leather belt that has gold foil. It closes with a vintage Mother Of Pearl slide buckle. To add to the classic look is a double strand pearl necklace made with glass beads. Has gold tome magnetic closure. Shown and displays fine without a slip.
