Newly created fashion for your vintage Cissy doll! Fashion includes a felt poodle swing skirt and sleeveless blouse. This is a striking black and white theme set! Cissy will stand out at the fall sock hop for sure!! (Just wish I had some anklets and black and white saddle shoes!)
The skirt is made with a wool blend felt (35% wool/65% in a soft white shade. It has a silver elastic waistband and a single snap in back. It had a glamorous black sequin and beaded poodle. It has an intricate winding rhinestone leash of black sparkling rhinestones that ends with a handle for Cissy! The blouse is a pattern of mine. It is made with vintage (1940’s-50’s) polished cotton in black. It is fully lined with black swiss cotton organdy. It is open front, sleeveless style, and has a pointed collar. Front closure with 3 snaps, 2 are accented with vintage rhinestone buttons in acrylic settings. (I always put a third snap at bottom of blouses to keep line up in place).
Notes- the rhinestone chain and the poodle get heavy, using a stiff petticoat, and even some added wadded paper under the skirt will give it lift in front where poodle and chain are. It is shown with a slip and lift paper in all photos except last #7.
