Newly made fashion for your vintage Cissy doll. Fashion includes a red cotton coat, short sleeve day dress and red leather belt.
Dress is made with vintage mid-century cotton (fabric width is 35” dating it ~40’s-50’). It is a lovely print of petite red with pink roses on an off white background. Dress bodice is square neck with short sleeves and it lined with white swiss cotton organdy. It has a little red satin bow accent. Closes in back with 4 square vintage snaps, 3 are accented with pearl buttons (4th was omitted to accommodate belt). Skirt has a 2” hand sewn blind hem, is about 55” around and is about 7-3/4” in length. It comes with a soft red lambskin leather belt!
Coat is made from a pattern of Cissy’s original swing coat, I added a peter pan collar. It is made with a lightweight red cotton that has a fine silver metallic shimmer. It is lined with coordinating vintage rosebud cotton from Cissy’s dress (sleeves have partial lining). It has a custom double bow at neckline snap closure.
All photos are shown with a stiff petticoat for lift and flare to dress and coat. Petticoat not included.
