Newly made fashion for your vintage Cissy doll. Main fabrics are a pretty cotton blend french tweed - it is mainly a pink theme with multi colors woven throughout, also has a pink tulle ribbon woven in! To compliment the tweed is a cotton candy pink silk fabric (coat lining is pink acetate taffeta). Dress bodice is not taffeta but a soft vintage silk. (Note the pink silk it s bit darker than what I see in the photos on my monitor. The flash washed out the color a bit in some photos. Note photos without flash depict a closer color- last 3 photos.)
The dress is sheath style. The bodice is pink silk with round neck and short sleeves. It is fully lined with white swiss cotton organdy (including sleeves) It closes in back with 4 square vintage snaps that are accented with pearl buttons. The skirt is made with the french tweed and is fully lined with the white swiss cotton organdy. It has a couple rows of black ribbon and slightly fringed hemline! A bow made with threads from the tweed at front waist. (Note the dress is snug going on, as all sheath dresses tend to be. Needs to be worked/wiggled up gently). The knee length coat has ¾ length sleeves and is made with the tweed. It is fully lined with pink acetate taffeta. It has a collar, collar is lined with the taffeta. It closes at neck with hook and eye that are accented with twin bows made with tweed threads (I use twin bows so when coat is open there is a bow on ether side instead of just one hanging to one side). Comes with matching pillbox hat. It has pink silk bow accent . (hat is unlined) ( *Note that there is a slight difference between the pink bodice and the coat lining)
