Newly made fashion for your vintage Cissy doll. Dress is made with a pretty pink dainty eyelet cotton. Very “girly'‘ spring/summer dress for Cissy!
Dress construction- The bodice is pattern of Cissy’s Dancing Dress with a deep round neck and puffed sleeves ( I see this pattern, or similar used on some of Cissy’s other dresses!) Bodice is lined with white swiss cotton organdy. Closes in back with 4 square snaps that are accented with blush color pearl buttons. Pink silk type flower accents waist. Skirt of dress is about 55” around and 7-1/2” in length with a 2” hand sewn blind hem. Comes with a double strand necklace! The necklace is made with vintage “Cherry Brand” glass beads in a pale pink shade. These beads were hand made in Japan in the 50’s. Necklace closes with a magnetic closure.
NOTE- If you like I can make an optional slip and panties. It would be an extra 24.00. Slip would be pink taffeta with white netting at bottom. An example of it is in last photo #7. Please let me know if you would like a slip/panty set. I will send invoice via PayPal for 24.00. I need an extra day to make them.
As always I like to show the contrast of having a stiff petticoat underneath compared to not. To bring out fullness of skirt a full slip is needed. It is shown with a slip in all photos except #6 , it is shown without a slip. Slip is not included.
