Newly made dress for your vintage Cissy doll. The dress bodice is my design. It is made with cotton fabric that has floral print. Wonderful fall colors with varying shades of oranges, browns, yellows, peach. Flowers have gold metallic etching around edges!
Short sleeve dress bodice has high round neck, it is fully lined (including sleeves). Closes in back with 4 square vintage snaps, 3 are accented with pearl buttons (last was omitted to accommodate belt.) Full skirt is a generous 55” around with a 2” hand sewn blind hem. Comes with a detachable belt. The belt is genuine leather with gold foil overlay (on one side). It closes with a round gold tone belt buckle. Also included is a necklace- made with Swarovski glass beads that are a ‘pumpkin spice’ shade! Necklace closes with magnetic closure.
Notes!! I do plan on one more dress in this fabric- not sure wat style yet,
**Note on dress skirt- The skirt needs a slip for that flared look. It is shown with a slip under skirt in all photos except last photo- # 9-it is shown without slip. Slip is not included.
**Note on the closure- the magnet closures are great for tight areas like doll jewelry, and for fingers that are a little stiff! But when opening it is best to slide the magnets apart. They magnet hold is quite strong and you have to “pull” quite hard if pulling open/apart, doing it this way risks breaking the stringing thread. So sliding is best).
