Newly made fashion for your vintage Cissy doll. Dress is made with a pretty ”wallpaper” style print in blue.
The bodice is pattern of Cissy’s Dancing Dress with a deep round neck and puffed sleeves ( I see this pattern, or similar used on some of Cissy’s other dresses!) Bodice is lined with white swiss cotton organdy. The puffed sleeves are edged with val lace. Closes in back with 4 square snaps that are accented with pearl buttons. A blue velvet ribbon is gathered around waist and ties in back. . Skirt of dress is about 55” around and 7-1/2” in length with a 2” hand sewn blind hem.
As always I like to show the contrast of having a stiff petticoat underneath compared to not. To bring out fullness of skirt a full slip is needed. It is shown with a slip in all photos except last #6 , it is shown without a slip. Slip is not included.
