Newly made fashion for your vintage Cissy doll. Dress is made with a vintage (1970’s) blue flocked fabric. The fabric is sheer blue nylon with white flocked flowers. It is clean, unwashed with great color and body. No rubs or missing flocking.
Dress bodice is round neck style with puffed sleeves. Bodice is lined with white acetate taffeta. It has white french val lace accent around neckline. It closes in back with 4 square vintage snaps. Snaps are accented with pearl buttons. The skirt of dress is a generous full 60” around with a “ hand sewn blind hem. Comes with a petticoat/slip made with white acetate taffeta (matches bodice lining), Also included are matching panties! ( I make panties to sit a bit lower than the slip to reduce waist bulk).
Note-I used the taffeta for bodice lining vs organdy. This fabric was too sheer for organdy which is quite sheer, It does give the bodice a bit lighter blue color effect. But helps keep a more uniform color as the slip is same color.
